I have served as a School Counselor at the Penn Kidder Campus since 2005.  Prior to joining the staff at the Jim Thorpe Area School District I was employed as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant and Mobile Therapist serving children and adolescents in Luzerne County, as well as a Case Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters.  After graduating from Wyoming Area High School, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and my Masters of Science degree in School Counseling from the University of Scranton.  I have achieved certification in both the Elementary and Secondary levels of School Counseling.

I am a member of the American School Counselor Association, Pennsylvania School Counselors Association, Lehigh Carbon School Counselors Association, National Education Association, Pennsylvania State Education Association, the Jim Thorpe Education Association, and the Penn Kidder PTA.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and son. I'm also an avid New York Yankees fan.
